Tricia Elizabeth Ulberg

We Rock DM Founder | Creative Director | Founder

Tricia Elizabeth Ulberg is an entrepreneur and seasoned graphic designer with a deep passion for web design, UX/UI, and branding. She began her design career in Seattle, working at prominent tech companies including ESPN.com (Disney), Expedia, and Microsoft. At We Rock DM, Tricia leads the creative team as the CMO and Creative Director and is picky about things like typography choices, pixels, and making sure things are lined up.

In addition to her work at We Rock DM, Tricia has been sharing her expertise as a marketing and design instructor and has also instructed digital marketing boot camps at the University of Texas at Austin.

Tricia’s educational background includes a BFA in Graphic Design and a postgraduate Master of Business Creation (MBC).

Tricia has won Awards in the Stevie® Women in Business Competition for Startup of the Year in 2023 and 2024, and Best Female Entrepreneur – Business Services in 2025.

Daniel Bisett

As a founding partner and the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) of We Rock DM, Daniel leads a dynamic company specializing in innovative web solutions and cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. We Rock DM provides top-tier services in web design, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and customer relationship management, ensuring clients receive functional and high-performing digital experiences.

Daniel’s expertise in web development and digital marketing has been the driving force behind We Rock DM’s success. His extensive knowledge in areas such as instructional design, WordPress development, search engine optimization, and social media marketing positions We Rock DM as a leader in the digital marketing space. His commitment to delivering exceptional results is evident in the comprehensive and customized strategies he develops for clients.

With a Master’s in TESOL, diplomas in Online Marketing and French, and a degree in Anthropology, Daniel combines a rich academic background with practical, real-world experience. His innovative approach has earned him accolades, including the AMP-WP Plugin Agency Showcase and Highest Overall Metrics for Class from edX.
