The Challenge
We Rock DM partnered with the project’s marketing and sales lead to build a site that acted as a critical tool for both the sales team and future residents.
1. UX-Driven Funnel Design
We designed the site architecture to follow a strategic sales funnel. By starting with the appeal of the Lockhart area and narrowing down to the community map, floor plans, and rendering-rich inventory, we created a path that educates and excites visitors at every scroll.
2. Implementation of Visual Identity
While the creative branding and high-resolution assets were provided by TST, Inc., our role was to ensure these elements were perfectly integrated into a modern web environment. We focused on a clean, professional layout that allowed the community renderings and floor plans to take center stage, ensuring the site felt as “homey” and premium as the development itself.
3. Purpose-Built Functionality
The development phase focused on speed and clarity. We built a site that was easy to navigate on all devices, featuring:
- Interactive Community Maps: Allowing users to visualize the layout and location of the community.
- Digital Inventory Showcase: A streamlined way for buyers to view available models and floor plans without being overwhelmed by technical jargon.
- SEO & Lead Capture: We secured relevant URLs and implemented a search engine strategy to ensure the community was discoverable to those looking for homes in the Austin/Lockhart area.
