Client Case Studies >Gideon Risk Management
Gideon Risk

When Gideon Risk Management approached us, they faced a twofold challenge: positioning themselves as an authoritative security consultancy in a crowded market, and giving prospective clients a compelling, professional package—both online and offline. Their needs included a polished prospectus that could speak to executives, and a web presence that reinforces credibility and drives conversions.
We began with the prospectus. Our goal was to present Gideon’s capabilities in a way that feels high-touch, executive-level, and visually refined. That meant distilling their service offerings, differentiators, methodology, case studies, and risk frameworks into a coherent narrative, paired with clean, strong design. Rather than default to a templated layout, we crafted a custom structural flow: setting the context (threat landscape, client concerns), then illustrating Gideon’s approach (risk assessment, mitigation planning, monitoring), capped with proof points (client results, team bios, trust indicators). We paid special attention to tone—authoritative but accessible—to help nontechnical decision-makers engage without feeling overwhelmed.

Website Design & Development
On the website side, our task was to convert interest into confidence. From the outset, we sketched wireframes rooted in clear hierarchy: hero messaging, service pillars, testimonials, a lead-generation form, and a resources/insights section. The visual direction leans into bold typography, intentional whitespace, and a restrained palette that evokes security, professionalism, and calm. Where possible, we suggested modular content blocks (e.g. “threat brief”, “client story”, “insight drop”) to keep the site flexible as Gideon’s offerings evolve.
As we developed the site, our focus was on trust signals: layered credentials, client logos, transparent methodology diagrams, executive team bios, and cross-links to the prospectus. We also optimized user paths so that someone landing on any page can quickly see why Gideon is different, and be guided toward taking action (download the prospectus, schedule a consult, or reach out). Behind the scenes, we structured content for SEO, fast load times, and content scalability. In early internal reviews, the prototype elicited feedback like “this feels more like a boutique consult than a generic security firm”—exactly the positioning effect we were aiming for.
In short: via the prospectus and website, we gave Gideon a unified, elevated presence—ready to engage C-level decision makers, convey differentiators, and convert interest into new business. Let me know if you’d like a version of this with visuals, metrics (e.g. prospectus downloads, conversion lift) or sliced by project phase.
Client Testimonial
Tricia Ulberg and We Rock DM were an absolutely amazing team to work with on our brand, marketing collateral, and new website design. Right from the start, Tricia was very engaged and focused on learning about our industry and unique client base so she could better understand our services we provide and the unique challenges we face in providing security and protective services for our clients. She asked great questions and we had very productive planning sessions where oftentimes her insights and suggestions drove the creative design and content development for our company prospectus and website design.
While we came up a great gameplan to develop our marketing products, Tricia remained very flexible to accommodate many more good ideas we came up with throughout the process. At every turn she was adaptable and continued to provide her expertise to incorporate our changes in innovative and creative ways. At one point, we suggested a radical design change – to incorporate a loop of short video clips into our homepage – and Tricia took on the modified assignment like a pro.
The results look absolutely stunning and she nailed every single detail in both our prospectus and our website. We’ve also entrusted Tricia and We Rock DM to manage our website and since the page was launched, it has maintained a one-hundred percent uptime. I would enthusiastically recommend Tricia and We Rock DM!
